One will notice high quality even at the buffet, made by the wise chef Vincenza and Daniela Merucci and their partners, from the goodness of the raw ingredients, that allow to give our Guests an excellent cooking, in the name of the Ciociara tradition, and unique experimentations. Every dish become a special event. The chef Vincenza and Daniela, with their creations, love to preserve a hybrid personality: high class cooking and simple tastes. The starters, the main courses and the second ones, the sweets, will surprise you with their history and the typical tastes, all served with decorations that make them kind of real masterpieces.
